Workshop-Series Performing Arts Physiotherapy

Musicians Physiotherapy

The workshop series “Physiotherapy for Musicians” in the field of performing arts is a four-day continuing education course offered by Professor Bronwen Ackermann from the University of Sydney and Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences as part of the DFG-funded project PA.HLIFETIME.ai.
This workshop series has been specifically designed for physical therapists who wish to enhance their career opportunities in the field of working with musicians. The course covers common complaints among musicians and provides evidence-based specific assessment criteria (including the application of biomechanics) and proven treatment techniques for various performance-related health issues.

Each workshop is dedicated to a different instrument group. The workshops can be booked individually.

All workshops are held in English.

Venue: FA building at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences
