Knowledge Understanding

Students who have successfully studied this module have various procedural techniques for creating project structure and flow plans. They are familiar with network planning technology and can plan appointments in a targeted manner using standard software.

Students who have successfully studied this module can develop preventative project management based on strengths and weakness profiles, formulate and evaluate decision-making. You know the principles and tasks of project teams, You can use carry out targeted cost determinations for construction tasks using relevant regulations

The students use the relevant software programs to create project structure and project schedules. You can develop phase models for complex construction projects and evaluate optimization models for the project process.

Application and Transfer

Students who have completed the module collect, evaluate and interpret relevant information and make scientifically based judgments;
develop approaches to solutions and implement solutions that correspond to the state of the art;
carry out application-oriented projects and contribute to solving complex tasks in a team;
independently design further learning processes.

Academic Innovation

Students who have completed the module can derive and define research questions
can explain and justify the operationalization of research; they apply research methods;
present and explain research results.

Communication and Cooperation

Graduates formulate technical and fact-related problem solutions within their actions and can justify these with theoretically and methodologically sound arguments in discourse with specialist representatives and non-specialists;
communicate and cooperate with other specialist representatives and non-specialists in order to solve a task responsibly;
reflect and take into account the different perspectives and interests of other participants.

Academic Self-Conception / Professionalism

Students develop a professional self-image that is based on the goals and standards of professional action in professional fields that are primarily outside of science;
justify their own professional actions with theoretical and methodological knowledge;
can assess their own abilities, autonomously reflect on relevant creative and decision-making freedoms and use these under guidance;
recognize the framework conditions for professional action appropriate to the situation and justify their decisions ethically;
reflect critically on their professional actions in relation to social expectations and consequences.
