Die Studierenden besch?ftigen sich im im Modul mit ihrem eigenen Gespr?chsverhalten und entwickeln dabei ein berufliches Selbstbild, das sich zum einen an den Anforderungen typischer Kommunikationsanl?sse im beruflichen Alltag orieniert, zum anderen die eigenen F?higkeiten aber auch Grenzen integriert. Sie sind in der Lage, ihr berufliches Handeln mit einem fundierten theoretischen und methodischen Wissen zu begründen, das sie w?hrend des Moduls erwerben. Durch die Reflexion ihrer eigenen F?higkeiten, die sie in den verhaltensbezogenen Trainings erkennen und zielgerichtet ausbauen k?nnen sie ihre Entwicklungspotenziale besser einsch?tzen.
