Optimising crop production while minimising the impact on non-agricultural ecosystems requires in-depth knowledge of the fertiliser requirements of plants. Participants should gain in-depth knowledge of the methods used to determine nutrient requirements in order to be able to use them in a targeted manner in fertiliser advice.

Oral exam: 30 min. [alternative written exam: 120 min.]
Regular participation: attendance of at least 80% of the courses
Term paper: Length 10 pages.
