- Content
Chemical, physical and/ or microbiological analysis processes for the investigation of e.g. food, feedstuff, plant, soil or water samples: -Sampling -Storage of samples -Preparation -Extraction and digestion processes -Final determination methods for chemical, biochemical or microbiological parameters (e.g. minerals, carbohydrates, vitamins, antioxidant capacity, pesticides arrears, heavy metal, coliform bacteria, yeasts and mildew). The selection of examined parameters and applied analysis methods will be determined in reference to the subject on which the students work in the following projects and the master thesis.
- Learning Outcomes
